Pet Day in Farmingdale!

Hi All,

The North Shore Animal League is having a charity event on Saturday, June 28th, 2014.  Click this link for more information about this event.

There will be a doggie fashion show, dogs and cats can get groomed and have their nails cut from Mobile Grooming which will be on premises.

Food will be available to buy for attendees.

te pooch!  And do you know what?  Blog entries that have children and pets (dogs and cats) tend to have more hits than blog entries on regular topics like gardening, weather, sports, entertainment, etc...

But that's not why I'm generating this post!  The pets are darn near adorable - click on this link to the North Shore Animal League in Port Washington to learn about the various adorable, lovable, adoptable pets that they have at their facility.  Go ahead, make a dog or cats day and adopt the little guy or gal!

Now, usually folks don't go out and just 'decide' to adopt a pet on a moments notice.  Click on this link from the ASPCA to learn about some of the questions you should ask before you adopt a pet. The page also has a link entitled, 'The Right Pet For You'.
