Its Smart - Smart911.

 Hi All,

I recently received an advertisement at home explaining Smart911.  Basically the website allows citizens to create a free safety profile for their household using the site, Smart911.com.

Information is entered and can be useful for 911 call takers in the event of an emergency.  Details can include the names and photos of all family members, medical conditions of various members, allergies, names of pets, and emergency contacts for family members.

For further information call 516-571-6000.   Click this link for an FAQ from the Smart911 website. Click on this link for resources near community that assist Smart911.

Finally, to sign up for Smart911 alerts.

Hopefully you won't need the site, but if you do have an emergency, Smart911 might be a good resource to use at home!
