Hi All,

Well the end of the year is almost upon us.  Instead of writing an entry about what New Year's resolutions you should make, I'm going to blog about how to make those resolutions - whatever they are - stick and become lifelong habits....

New Years' Resolutions

Well, its the new year.  2012 has come and gone and we are 2 full days in to the new year.  Wow.  Click here for a perpetual calendar to find out what day of the week a particular date falls on. Time flies when you are busy that's for sure.

So, now that we've seen the ball drop - click here for a YouTube video of the ball dropping in NYC - a lot of people have made resolutions.  Click here for a list of popular resolutions (source is the Guardian - a UK based newspaper). 

How many of them have you made?  Now, how many of them have you made in the past and haven't been able to stick to?
